Are you closed due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)? 

At this time we are still open and looking forward to your visit. If anything changes, we will notify guests via email.  

How much is the Resort Fee and what does it include? 

Most Las Vegas hotels and casinos charge a daily resort fee that is in addition to the cost of the hotel room. Our resort fee is $37 plus tax and includes two bottles of water, In Room Safe, Access to the Gym Facilities & printing of any Tickets or Boarding Passes.

What is the Security Deposit?

Upon check in, the Front Desk authorizes a $100 hold on a credit/debit card for incidentals. Pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted. This authorization will drop off after 7-10 business days, or longer depending on your bank. Should a deposit be left in cash, the amount held is $300. The cash will be returned at check out minus any incidental charges.  

Is my Hooters Casino Hotel reservation still good? 

If you made your reservation before Hooters Casino Hotel changed to OYO Hotel & Casino on Sept. 16, 2019, you reservation will still be accepted and remain the same. 

What happens to my Hooters Rewards Club points and benefits now that the hotel is OYO Hotel & Casino? 

All earned Hooters points and benefits will transfer directly to OYO Rewards. You will have the same perks, benefits and preferred access to monthly offers. 

What is your Pet Policy? 

We only allow service animals.

Do you still have a Hooters Restaurant? 

OYO Hotel & Casino is still home to the world’s largest Hooters Restaurant. 

Do you charge for Parking?

Many hotels on and near the Strip now charge for parking, but we still offer FREE Self Parking and Valet Parking.  

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4p and checkout is at 11a.

What is the minimum age for check in?

You must be at least 21 years old to check in. 

Do you have Smoking Rooms? 

We offer smoking rooms for an additional charge of $25 plus tax, per night. 

Do your rooms include a Refrigerator?

Upon request we can deliver a refrigerator to your room for a daily charge of $25 plus tax, per night unless the refrigerator is necessary for storing medical items.

Is oversized parking available?

Yes, on a first come, first served basis. Requests for oversize parking should be made on the day the reservation is made.
